Siri For Banking: Meet Lola

SRI International, known for the popular iPhone app Siri, and BBVA have been working to bring “the next generation personal assistant” to banking.  Lola, named for a real BBVA sales agent, is their attempt to help customers “love their bank”. The review over on TechCrunch gives a nice glimpse into what the future holds.

BBVA will conducting field trials over the next few months and will be launching commercially as soon as they can.  Offering the service to other banks is also a future possibility.
